Welcome to Twig & Stream Fly Fishing. I am a passionate angler and qualified instructor and have been fly fishing continually for more than 20 years. I love fishing and guiding on the small streams near Melbourne, Australia. Particularly those in the Yarra Ranges.

The upper reaches of these small delightful ‘Twig’ streams, run through pristine native Australian bush , while the lower sections meander through picturesque farmland. They contain healthy populations of wild brown and rainbow trout, some of which grow surprisingly large.

At first glance, fly fishing can be seen as a mysterious difficult art form, however in reality it is much simpler. I offer you the opportunity to experience the delights of the bush and country side within an hour and a half of Melbourne, with full day, and half day options.

As a qualified instructor, I can also help you improve your casting and stream craft to maximise your enjoyment on the water.
